What is the production process of magic clay bar for car washing?
First of all, we have to perpare material for clay bars,
Check Order: accoring to customer's order, check the clay bar grades, and color, weight. and what package style. than we try to perpare a material list;
Second, Chek the list with our material in warehouse. and perpare the material for work shop.
3Th， Check the package material; printing insert or lables. and blister or metal, PP boxes; also include the cartons.
When the perpare works finished, all ready done.
1) We will push the raw materila for mix process. as below picture:
2) the clay must be mix by machine, and try to out extrusion process;

3) this picture show the detail of clay bar out from extrusion process, and cut out to clay bar.
4） when the clay bar our the cuting process, next process is package. package is easy;
different customers, different packages;
but all clay bar preparation and mixing, extrusion, and cutting process are same.
IN the process, we will control the process to assure the clay bar hardness in good handle feeling.
and color of the clay bar, mix time for in spec time.
